Bioethics Community webinar, July 26, 12 - 1 p.m. Eastern (details below)
The Bioethics Community leadership team is pleased to announce the creation of a bioethics "library" for community members. The vision is that the library will be owned by the community and continue to grow and expand. Join us for this round table as the architect of the library, community member Jordan Liebman, walks through the newly-created resource.
We will record the webinar and hope to see as many of you as possible!
Jordan graduated from Yale with a BA in history in May 2017, focusing on the relationship between war and historical memory. After graduating, Jordan taught math at an underserved public middle school in New York City. He is currently a fourth-year medical student at NYU applying for a residency in Internal Medicine. During his medical training, Jordan has encountered countless ethics dilemmas, leading him to pursue a MA in bioethics at NYU’s Center for Bioethics where he focuses on clinical decision-making, healthcare rationing, and end-of-life issues. As a future MD/MA, Jordan hopes to ground bioethics in real-world experiences with the ultimate goal of creating a more ethical healthcare system.
