Bio

Pharmaceutical executive with broad experience in drug development, project management, R&D operations, governance, and lifecycle management. Experience includes leadership and management of complex programs and projects encompassing both investigational and marketed products. Previous experience in formulation evaluation, development, and stability. Currently have accountability for R&D Project Management across Merck's human health portfolio in vaccines, infectious disease, and general medicine and R&D Alliance Management from Discovery through Phase 3. Passionate about developing emerging leaders and empowering people to do their best work.
