Catherine Baldridge is a dedicated and committed professional who succeeds in providing meaningful relationships with her colleagues and clients, serving as a key resource for Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance support and education. She maintains excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, providing mentorship & leadership to others, while participating in various working group activities to improve internal processes and general understanding.
Catherine received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Hollins University and her Masters of Science in Clinical Research, Health Evaluation Sciences from the University of Virginia. She has held positions in Clinical Informatics, Project Management, and Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance Management and Compliance within CROs and Pharma. She has over 13 years of pre and post-market clinical research, product life-cycle development, and drug safety surveillance experience. Prior industry work includes of 8 years of full and part-time positions in the health and science related fields, focusing in medical practice administration and psychology fields. Catherine currently Co-Chairs the DIA CSP Community alongside Dr. Beth Garrard.
